SHIPPING AND CANCELLATIONS
All orders are handled within 2-3 working days.
- On weekends and holidays, orders are not shipped or delivered.
- On the off chance that we are encountering a high volume of orders, shipments might be postponed by a couple of days.
- Please allow an additional day for delivery transit in the case of delay.
- We will notify you via email or phone if the shipment of your order will be significantly delayed.
You will receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped with a tracking number that you can use to see where it is. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking data to appear. GetMeSoon is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, please claim with the shipping company.
CANCELLATION
- Requests for cancellation must be made before the departure of the product from the warehouse.
- Products that the GetMeSoon marketing team has purchased for special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine's Day, among others, cannot be canceled. Because these are limited-time offers or shared-cost models, there is no way to cancel them.
- For Official Merchandise, Clearance Zone products, clearance/flash sale products, steal deal products, and so on, GetMeSoon does not accept cancellation requests.
- However, if the product that was delivered is damaged, defective, or has the wrong size, a replacement can be made.
