RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to adore the clothes you wear. We will gladly help you with your orders if you are dissatisfied with them.

 

In any case, return of items will be acknowledged provided that the items are returned in a saleable condition with the labels flawless and in their unique bundling, in an unwashed and whole condition. You can request it within 48 hours of receiving the products.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

 

  • Masks, innerwear, and accessories are not eligible for returns.
  • Within ten days of receipt in the original box, the item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
  • The quality check will reject the return request if there is any tampering with the tags or the garment.
  • Place the return within 2 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • Product and brand packaging should still have their original barcodes, tags, labels, and packaging intact. Quality Check will reject the returned or refunded request if it is missing or tampered with.
  • One or more items from the same order can be returned.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) 

 

  • We will notify you via email that we have received your returned item once it has been received and inspected. In addition, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
  • The refund at GetMeSoon process within 5-7 days.
